Environment and livelihood support:
With a special focus on rural areas, the Seshas's Foundation Trust seeks to economically empower youth, including men and women, through a variety of Entrepreneurship Development Programs (EDPs) & Skill Development Programs (SDPs), generating chances for income production. With the use of technical and vocational training, our programs aim to prepare young people for the workforce and help them develop life skills such as problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and personal competences that will help them succeed in the long run. This program's objective is to help young people attain greater economic, physical, and social well-being and develop into agents of good change in their families and communities.
The goals of the many EDP initiatives that Seshas’s Foundation Trust had carried out are: Encouraging microbusiness ventures in both rural and urban areas.
fostering an entrepreneurial spirit in young people through awareness-raising events held in professional colleges and higher education institutions.
giving rural impoverished women the means to support themselves financially by teaching them generating skills.
conducting EDPs and offering extension services to help self-enterprise startups.
raising the standard of living for urban and rural impoverished people. The rapidly evolving domestic and international markets have led to a mismatch in the skills needed to take advantage of available possibilities and the abilities that are now possessed. To bring young people's abilities into line with the constantly evolving and growing markets, remedial intervention is required.
Seshass Foundation Trust established Skill Development training in Tamil Nadu to enhance the abilities of young aspirants.Through our programs for entrepreneurship development and skill development, over 1500 youngsters received training.
